This music video is now equipped with Portuguese subtitles, too. Thanks to my friend Yoko from Brasil.

Takae residents and their supporters went to Kokusai-dori or International Avene in Naha to raise public awareness regarding the issue of the construction of new helipads for the U.S. military in Takae, Higashi-son.
As the organizers called the event “Takae Sound Parade”, it was rather joyous and full of music. The participants walked down the street playing the guitars, sanshin, paranku (hand-held, flat, one-sided drum), and other portable musical instruments.
